Age Requirement: 21+
Registration and use of Jiliko is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years or above. We enforce this requirement during KYC verification and reserve the right to close accounts that cannot confirm eligibility.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on Jiliko. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, expiry periods, and game restrictions. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in voiding of bonuses and potential account suspension.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions must be conducted through payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing.
Prohibited Conduct
Any form of fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Jiliko ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"), operating under the domain jiliko.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using the Jiliko platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Jiliko platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Jiliko operates as an online casino, sportsbook, and gaming platform. Our services include live casino games, slot machines, sports betting, esports wagering, and related entertainment products. All services are provided for players aged 21 years or above only.
Important notice for Malaysian players: Online gambling regulation in Malaysia differs from many other jurisdictions. 2 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3 Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on Jiliko, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during account use.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
- You are registering the account in your own name, on your own behalf, and for your own personal use.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, another active or suspended Jiliko account.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Jiliko or any of its technology or service providers.
- You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a binding self-exclusion agreement.
Age verification: Jiliko enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds held, and potential reporting to appropriate authorities. 4 Account Registration
4.1 Registration Process
To create a Jiliko account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred currency. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Jiliko will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via our live chat support or at the email address listed in Section 15 of these Terms.
4.3 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Jiliko platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — are prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, Jiliko reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play, and retain any real-money funds pending an internal investigation in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.
4.4 KYC Verification
Jiliko reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents must be current, legible, and in the name matching the registered account.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Supported Payment Methods
Jiliko supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Supported methods are subject to change. The current list of supported methods is displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player account tier. Specific limits applicable to your account are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Jiliko aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and within 1–3 business hours for online banking (FPX) transfers, subject to completion of KYC verification. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of scheduled maintenance or system upgrades may experience delays.
5.4 Own-Name Payments Only
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in the same name as the Jiliko account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be held or returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Jiliko does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or cryptocurrency network may apply its own fees, for which Jiliko accepts no responsibility.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Jiliko platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet per spin/round while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. Players must read the individual terms of each promotion before accepting it. By claiming a bonus, you confirm acceptance of its specific terms.
6.2 Welcome Bonus Offers
Jiliko's current welcome bonus options include a 288% Magnificent Bonus (up to MYR 2,880, 35x wagering), a 100% Standard Bonus (up to MYR 300, 10x wagering), a 188% Esports Bonus (up to MYR 888, 18x wagering), and a 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688, 8x wagering). Each offer is available once per eligible new player. Bonus amounts and wagering requirements are subject to change. Published terms on the Platform at the time of claim shall prevail.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Jiliko employs fraud detection systems to identify misuse of promotional offers. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements at low risk, placing bets across multiple outcomes to neutralise wagering requirements ("bonus washing"), and any other activity determined by Jiliko in its reasonable discretion to constitute abuse of promotional terms.
Where bonus abuse is identified, Jiliko reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel winnings derived from bonus play, and close the associated account.
6.4 Referral Bonuses
Players who participate in the Refer A Friend program must refer genuine new players who have not previously held a Jiliko account. Referral bonuses are credited once the referred player has completed their qualifying deposit and wagering. Self-referrals using alternate identity details are considered fraud and are subject to the provisions of Section 8.
7 Betting Rules
7.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on the Jiliko platform are subject to the applicable rules for the relevant sport, event, or game type. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each product before placing bets. Jiliko publishes detailed betting rules within the relevant sections of the Platform.
7.2 Bet Acceptance
Jiliko reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at incorrectly published odds or prices. Bets are only accepted when a confirmation message is received by the player on-screen. Technical failures prior to confirmation mean no bet has been accepted.
7.3 Voided Bets
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned without resumption; an error in published odds or information was present at the time of placing; the bet was accepted contrary to these Terms or applicable betting rules; or a system error resulted in an unintended bet record. Voided bets result in a full return of the stake to the player's account.
7.4 Sports Betting — Malaysian Context
Jiliko offers competitive odds on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and a wide range of other sports events popular with Malaysian players. All published odds are subject to change before bet acceptance. Live (in-play) betting odds fluctuate in real time; it is the player's responsibility to confirm current odds before placing in-play wagers.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jiliko platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:
- Fraud & misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, creating accounts under another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction of residence.
- Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or promotional mechanics.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first raising the dispute through Jiliko's customer support process.
- Money laundering: Using the Jiliko platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
- Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the Jiliko platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game content, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jiliko or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from Jiliko is strictly prohibited.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jiliko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational damage.
Jiliko's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Jiliko account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jiliko does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. Jiliko shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11 Responsible Gambling
Jiliko is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
- Loss limits: Restrict the maximum net loss within a defined period.
- Session time limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout reminders.
- Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying time spent and net position during a session.
- Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (30 days minimum) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
- Account cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period without full self-exclusion.

12 Account Closure & Termination
12.1 Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Jiliko customer support. Where a positive real-money balance exists at the time of closure, we will process a withdrawal to the player's last verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC completion.
12.2 Closure by Jiliko
Jiliko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; failure to complete KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a chargeback instruction; or any other conduct that Jiliko deems in its reasonable discretion to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or Jiliko's legal or regulatory obligations.
In cases of account closure due to fraud, violation of these Terms, or ongoing investigation, Jiliko reserves the right to withhold funds pending the conclusion of that investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, funds may be forfeited.
13 Amendments to These Terms
Jiliko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification displayed on the Platform or sent to the registered email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not accept revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at jiliko.cam/terms-conditions.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Jiliko holds its international online gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to Jiliko's internal customer support and complaints process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, it may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body or regulator designated under Jiliko's licensing terms. Players retain any statutory rights applicable under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or waive any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction.
